In 1970, I came to Perth from Bangor, Co. Down, in Northern Ireland.

The son of a home builder, I have always been aware of the essentials involved in building fine homes. After training as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, I came to Western Australia and became involved in the local building industry.

Since that time I have spent many years refining the skills necessary to assist clients in achieving the best possible outcome when they decide to invest in a new home, and have been accredited as a full Member of the Building Designers Association of Western Australia.

My background in designing practical homes, and my formal training in estimating, ensures practical planning of homes that "work", and close attention to a client's overall budget.
